How do i go about paying by Layby as i would like to purchase an item?
Layby can be selected from the payment options window. As you go through the checkout process after you have added the item/s you want to the shopping cart you will be able to select the Layby option in the Payment options window. Your Layby can be paid for by either Credit Card, bank transfer, bank deposit or internet banking and the instructions you need to for these payment options are supplied in a order confirmation e-mail once you confirm the order at the end of the checkout process. Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes you can pay with Visa or Mastercard and this method can be selected during the checkout process after you have hit the "add to cart" button on any products you want to purchase.
How long after I pay will my items be delivered?
It depends on how you paid and where you live. To receive your goods in the fastest possible time you should take cash to an ASB or Kiwibank branch and deposit it directly to our account. If you are located in the North Island you should have your goods on the next business day after payment and if you are located in the South Island you should your items within 3 business days after payment. These times assume that you deposit the funds before midday.
For bank to bank tranfers you should add about 1 day to the above scenario.
For credit card payments you should add about 2 days to the above scenario.
I want a certian DC Model you don't have. Can it be ordered for me?
From time to time we do order shoes in from DC to a customers request, if, DC have the model/size you want available. To place an order we require a $20 deposit to be paid prior to order and you should expect to have to wait about 4 - 6 weeks for your order to arrive. If the shoes I buy don't fit can I return them?
Yes, any undamaged, unworn products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns much be pre-authorised. click on the "Shipping & Returns" link at the bottom of this screen for more info.
How do I look at the orders that I have made?
You can check any orders made by logging in to "My Account" then click the "View orders I have made" link and then click on the "View Button" to view the orders you want to check.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost will depend on your location. New Zealand Orders over $99 are shipped for FREE anywhere in New Zealand. All deliveries under $99 have a flat rate shipping cost of $6.50
International Deliveries will need to be quoted based on case by case basis. International shipping can be fairly inexpensive. For example, a tee to the UK will cost approximately $10 - $12 NZ dollars and a pair of shoes to Australia starts at about $20 - $25 NZ dollars.
