SHIPPING COSTS
New Zealand Deliveries normally have a flat rate shipping cost of $6.50.
International Deliveries will need to be quoted based on case by case basis. International shipping can be fairly inexpensive. For example, a tee to the UK will cost approximately $10 - $12 NZ dollars and a pair of shoes to Australia starts at about $17 NZ dollars. SHIPPING INFORMATION
At present we normally ship orders using Fastway Couriers, ground insured service to any New Zealand address to which Fastway Couriers delivers. Rural area deliveries and Post Office box deliveries will normally be shipped using NZ Post)
For North Island, non rural deliveries, you will normally receive your "In Stock" items within 1 - 2 business days after we receive full payment.
For South Island, non rural deliveries, you will normally receive your "In Stock" items within 3 - 4 business days after we receive full payment.

NOTE: If your address is a rural delivery address, please allow an extra 1 - 2 business days on top of the above delivery estimates however Rural deliveries are usually completed using NZ Post which and are delivered in a similar or faster time frame to the Fastway Courier quoted times above.

URGENT ORDERS:
Urgent orders can be sent by quicker, more expensive overnight couriers. If you want an urgent delivery please let us know and we will supply a cost for this service. Also note. couriers do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Because we sell to our store customers, our webstore customers and our wholesale customers, our inventory is not currently in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and sizes, we may sell out of your size during the day. If this happens we will email you as quickly as possible if an item is out of stock. Once you place an order with us our automated webstore system will acknowledge the order via e-mail upon receipt. We will ship your order within one or two business days from the date full payment is received or your credit card payment is processed.

RETURNS POLICY
Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers and meet their need to assure their comfort. We will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable merchandise for either an exchage or a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date to you.

Please note: All returns must be pre-authorized! An authorization code may be gotten by e-mail to Click here to arrange your exchange or refund, Merchandise returns without pre-authorization may be refused, discarded or improperly credited. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced(If a replacement is available) or refunded at your option.

Return freight must be paid for by the customer: Sorry, return freight charges are non-refundable unless due to a shipping error on our part or return of a defective product.
To guarantee your return being accepted please ensure that any products you are returning are returned in their original packaging materials.
