IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All participants MUST be able to SWIM. NO REFUNDS will be given if participants are not able to swim. 

Our waterparks are NOT suitable for children under 5yrs old
At indoor / outdoor pools
5-8yr olds must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult* at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children
At beaches, waterways, lakes
5-9yr olds must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult* at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 every children. 
*Adults (18yrs+) must remain with 2 meters of the children at all times.

Lifejackets must be warn at times regardless of age and ability.

We recommend older and more confident kids visit 2 hours either side of high tide. see Tide Information
