Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING Creating an Account at the time of purchase allows YOU to reschedule your own bookings, which can be done up to 24 HOURS before the booking START TIME. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you have not created an account, please get in touch with us via Let's Chat (www.wipeout.co.nz). If, for some reason, you wish to change your tickets from one session/venue to another ( you can change between our Waterslides and Waterparks), feel free to contact us up to 48 HOURS BEFORE your booking starts. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible due to time, resource, and/or availability constraints. REFUNDS There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations WITHIN 48 hours of your booking time.
