You do not need to stay online, replies to offline messages are sent to your email. If you don’t see our response, check your junk or spam folder and search for @ascend.wix.com. RESCHEDULING If, for some reason, you wish to change your tickets from one session/venue to another (you can change between our Waterslides and Waterparks), feel free to contact us up to 48 HOURS BEFORE your booking starts. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible due to time, resource, and/or availability constraints. If you create an account at checkout, you can reschedule your own booking for single-price locations where all tickets are the same price. For locations with varied pricing, such as Adult and Child tickets, please contact us to reschedule. REFUNDS There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations WITHIN 48 hours of your booking time. No refunds will be given if you are NOT able to swim.
