RESCHEDULING If, for some reason, you wish to change your tickets from one session/venue to another (you can change between our Waterslides and Waterparks), feel free to contact us up to 48 HOURS BEFORE your booking starts. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible due to time, resource, and/or availability constraints. REFUNDS There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations WITHIN 48 hours of your booking time. No refunds will be given if you are NOT able to swim (required due to the catchment pool at the bottom of the slide).
