IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All participants MUST be able to SWIM. NO REFUNDS will be given if participants are not able to swim.
You are allowed to push your parents/mates but NO BULLYING will be tolerated.
No swimming underneath any of the inflatables.
No diving head first into the water.
Avoid stepping on the velcro mats between the units.
Please be mindful of the younger children.
Our waterparks are NOT suitable for children under 5yrs old
At indoor / outdoor pools
5-9yr olds must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult* at a ratio of 1 adult to every 2 children.
At beaches, waterways, lakes
5-9yr olds must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult* at a ratio of 1 adult to every 2 children.
*Adults (18yrs+) must remain with 2 meters of the children at all times.
We recommend older and more confident kids visit 2 hours either side of high tide. see Tide Information
