How to Reschedule your booking or redeem your pass

Plans change, weather change and the unexpected turns up - we understand which is why our system is setup so you have access to your bookings/passes so that you add/cancel or reschedule them yourself 24/7

To RESCHEDULE your booking

  1. If you created and account when you purchased your tickets (which we strongly recommend you do) in the top right hand corner of every page, Look for "Log In" (if you are on a laptop/computer) 
    or a blue circle with a + sign (from a mobile device) 

  2. Enter the email address and password you created when you purchased your tickets

  3. Once inside your account you can see your current bookings and reschedule to suit

To redeem a FAMILY PASS or CONCESSION 
 

You cannot show up at the event with your family pass or concession,  you must redeem them online to reserve a session which is super simple to do

  1. In the top right hand corner of every page
    Look for "Log In" (if you are on a laptop/computer)
    or a blue circle with a + sign (from a mobile device) 

  2. Enter the email address and password you created when you purchased your tickets

  3. Go to the book online tab, select the date and session time

  4. Select the amount of tickets you require. (please note you cannot select more entries than your plan allows)

  5. At the checkout, the system will not charge you, it will remove the amount of tickets from your account.

Note: Ten entry vouchers can be used for multiple people at multiple events, they don't need to be all be used on the same day in the same session.
