1. All participants must be able to swim

2. For waterparks  Minimum age 5yrs, 5-9yrs  must be accompanied on the equipment by a participating (swimming) and paying guardian who is 18yrs + at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. Lifejackets are provided to all customers and must be worn at all times no exceptions

3. For Slides Minium age 4 yrs, 4-9yrs must be accompanied on the slides by a participating (sliding) and paying guardian who is 18yrs + at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.
